Your budget data (income, bills, credit card entries, and settings you enter) is stored locally in the app's on-device storage. It is never sent anywhere, and BudgetFuture has no server to send it to even if it wanted to.
Two small technical flags — when the app was first installed, and whether a premium purchase has been made — are stored in your device's iOS Keychain. This is standard, secure, on-device storage used so these values survive an app deletion/reinstall; it does not contain any personal or financial information, and is never transmitted off your device.
No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs of any kind are included in this app.
BudgetFuture can export everything you've entered to a single file, so you can move it to a new device or keep your own copy. The app doesn't upload that file anywhere — it hands it to iOS and you choose the destination, whether that's your Files app, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, or somewhere else.
The exported file is ordinary, unencrypted text, so it can be read by anything that opens it. Treat it like any other document containing your financial details and keep it somewhere you trust. Once you've sent it somewhere, it's outside the app's control.
If you choose to purchase Premium, that transaction is handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit, Apple's own in-app purchase system. BudgetFuture never sees, collects, or stores your payment details — Apple processes the payment directly, subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
BudgetFuture is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, because it does not collect information at all.
If this policy is ever updated, the revised version will be posted at this same address with an updated date at the top.
